The AI Work Gym: complete short work reps, earn an AI Work Score, and build an evidence-based portfolio of practical AI capabilities.

PDF, Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx) and PowerPoint (.pptx) — and you can upload several files in one review. The usual setup is the document you're about to send plus the evidence behind it: the pack and its scorecard, the proposal and the signed terms, the deck and its sources.

How long does a review take?

Free reviews take a few minutes; paid reviews run on the deeper analysis model and can take a little longer. You'll see live progress while it runs — pages read, figures verified, issues confirmed — and you can drop in an email to get the link if you step away.

What happens to my files?

They're stored privately, used only to produce your review, and deleted on request. No account is needed to run a free review.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Superuser never uses your documents to train models. Processing runs through enterprise AI providers — full details on the Data & security page.

What does Superuser actually check?

It checks your document against itself and against the evidence you supply: every sum, percentage, variance and streak is recomputed in code (never estimated by AI); figures are cross-checked across files; claims and headlines are tested against the data underneath them; and wording, spelling and consistency get a dedicated pass. Findings are graded by consequence — Material (would change what the room concludes), Credibility (defensible, but you'd get challenged) and Polish (cosmetic) — so one £12 rounding gap never gets the same badge as a wrong number in the headline.

It does not verify that your underlying figures are true, it does not certify accounts, and it is not legal, audit or financial advice. It checks consistency against the evidence you supply — a second pair of eyes before you send, not a replacement for professional review. Anything it can't verify from your files is marked "unverifiable from sources supplied," never asserted as wrong.

How do I know the findings are reliable?

Three guarantees are enforced in code, not promises: every quote shown is string-matched verbatim against your document before it renders (or it's blocked); all arithmetic is recomputed deterministically; and every report ends with a "What we checked" receipt — figures verified, claims tested, pages read, and anything out of scope. Re-run the same files and you get the same answer.

How much does it cost?

Your first review is free — no account, no card. After that: Starter £5/month (or £36/year) for 1 review per month, Unlimited £99/month (or £708/year) for every document on every desk, or a single review for £29 one-off. Cancel anytime. Paid reviews run on the deeper analysis model.
