What happens to your files

You're uploading documents that may be confidential — board packs, accounts, proposals. Here is exactly how they are handled, in plain language.
Stored privately
Uploaded files go to private storage. They are never public and never shared with other users.
Used only for your review
Your files are accessed solely to produce the review you asked for. They are not used to train AI models.
Deleted on request
Ask us to delete your files at any time via the contact page, and we will.
How a review processes your document
Your files are read once to extract their text, figures and claims. We recompute your numbers in code — we don't ask an AI to guess them. AI only reviews wording, inside the limits the math sets, using providers under terms that prohibit training on your content. The review result is stored so you can return to it; the underlying files stay in private storage and are deleted on request.
Who can see your documents
Nobody browses your uploads. Files are accessible only to the automated review pipeline and, where needed for support you've requested, the founder. They are never shared with other customers or third parties beyond the processing providers above.
Payments
Card details never touch our servers — checkout runs entirely on Stripe.
Deletion requests
Email hello@superuser.app or use the contact page, and we'll delete your files and review data.
