Superuser checks documents for internal consistency against the evidence you supply: number mismatches, unsupported claims, missing caveats and copy issues. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, not audit or assurance, and not a substitute for professional review. You remain responsible for anything you send.

You keep all rights to documents you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process them and produce your review. You confirm you are entitled to upload the content you submit. File handling is described on the Data & security page.

• One free review is available per user; further reviews require a paid plan or single purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Don't use the service to process content you have no right to, to attempt to breach its security, or to resell its output as your own assurance product.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
