This Privacy Policy explains what information Superuser collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the product and to improve it.
Who we are

Information we collect
We collect only what we need:
- Information you provide — your name and email when you contact us, enrol, or request a pilot, and the work text you submit to be checked or scored.
- Usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated events (pages viewed, device type, approximate time of visit) used to improve the product. These are not used to identify you personally.
How we use your work content
Work you submit for a check or score is processed to generate that result and is treated as confidential. We do not sell it, and we do not use your private work content to advertise to you. Where firm-level isolation applies, your content is kept separate from other firms' data.
How we use information
- To provide and operate the service you asked for.
- To respond to your messages and pilot requests.
- To understand aggregate usage and improve the product.
- To meet legal and security obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Superuser (for example hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@superuser.app. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as UK/EU GDPR.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
